How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Production time is different for each job depending on the size of the order. Small orders of just a few items can usually be completed within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping is applied to all orders unless special requested, which will be charged to customer based on desire.

Can I bring my own design?

Yes!  Bring your own design, logo, hand drawings, pretty much anything you can thing of!

What type of materials can be laser-etched or engraved?

Accepted Answer

Most non-metallic materials, including wood, plastic, acrylic, glass, leather, and specialty coated metals such as laser brass, aluminum, and anodized aluminum can be laser-etched or engraved. We also laser mark stainless steel. The depth can be defined accordingly. Glass or acrylic engraving with a CO2 laser produces a beautiful frosted effect.

What type of materials can be cut with a laser?

We use a 40W C02 Laser Engraver that can cut through thin wood, acrylic, corian, rubber and plastic.

Dye Sublimation is the premiere imaging technology used for creating some of the most highly coveted styles, brands and products on the market.

Is Sublimation permanent?

Accepted Answer

Yes, sublimating an object is permanent and cannot be removed from an object at which its heat adhered to. With any item like this long uses or washes will fade the image.
