SHIPPING POLICY
Production time is different for each job depending on the size of the order. Small orders of just a few items can usually be completed within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping is applied to all orders unless special requested, which will be charged to customer based on desire.

DELIVERY: All orders are shipped from Shippensburg, PA 17257. Any shipping damages should be reported at the time of delivery with the shipping company. Shortages must be reported within 2 working days of receipt of order, otherwise, order will be considered complete. All orders are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. We only ship to the lower 48 states within The United States. We do not ship out of the Country.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our business, we cannot accept any returns on Engraving, or sublimated items (including typographical or measurement errors on the customer’s part). If a typographical error occurred on our part, we will quickly replace the error.
